I have over 30 years’ experience in the university, arts, and community sectors in Australia. My roles have included arts manager, project manager, facilitator, workplace trainer, community centre manager, experience designer and events manager, choreographer, and performer.
This experience has given me the tools to design conversations, workshops, and small events that allow people to connect, share ideas and insights, and to unpack their own work and life experiences. I am interested in facilitation techniques that tap into the imagination and emotional intelligence as well as the intellect. And I am a damned good mentor as well, always asking the right questions and offering useful insight.
I am focused on helping people to work in ways that are humane and generative of inspiration, learning, and resilience. I am particularly interested in helping people to reclaim confidence in their ability to sense-make, communicate, innovate, and contribute to a healthy workplace culture. Currently I am fascinated in the effects of Covid and lockdown and how people navigate between personal and professional needs.
